Product Design Process
Large scale projects generally require verification and validation steps - and even proof of concept initially - and so are likely to need a robust quality plan to manage the whole project. We understand - and have experience of - large projects that require many stages of regulatory validation and verification.
Likewise, smaller projects can - and often need to be - quicker, simpler and more timely, so we can be flexible to adapt to your requirements, as and when necessary.
Our processes are based on the aerospace & automotive industries' best practice systems known as New Product Introduction (NPI) & lean thinking/ continuous improvement (Kaizen).
