Offering a one-stop solution, we can also provide product manufacture. We have extensive experience in high-reliability, ruggedised designs for extreme environments coupled with miniaturisation techniques. For small and medium quantities we manufacture in-house; where large scale production runs are required we have strategic partnerships with facilities in the UK, Eastern Europe and Asia.

PCB assembly

Combined with our own skills this enables us to offer design and manufacture services including electronics, mechatronics, hybrids and packaging. MLE has in-house PCB prototyping and EMC test equipment to allow fast-track prototype design and assembly; CAD/CAM software is used for PCB design.

PCB Assembly
We offer quality PCB assembly and procurement of components, sourced in both UK or abroad; we deal with numerous suppliers and manufacturers and are able to source components at very competitive rates.

As we are primarily a product development and design company, we can provide design, programming and test work as part of a manufacturing package. We also have PCB manufacturing facilities for development work.
