We have considerable experience over many years with electro-mechanical assembly, with a complete final unit assembly, tested and packaged to the exact customer specifications, into plastic or metal enclosures. Or, if your specifications require it, we can also provide electro-pneumatic assemblies. Whatever you need in this area, we can do. For instance, you may need us to undertake box build: packaging boards into a case, or rack-based box/enclosure after an appropriate functional test. Traceability is maintained throughout the box build process with serial numbers added to the board and box. And finally, if you need peripheral parts inserting into the package such as CD, power supply, manual, cables and any other components which make up the final package, this can also be managed in-house.

Materials Management
The control of materials is an essential part of the project for an accurate, cost effective and timely build. All our suppliers undergo a vigorous initial appraisal and, thereafter, continuous monitoring. This ensures all aspects of the supply chain from receipt of goods and their verification through to processing within the manufacturing facility are managed effectively. We work pro-actively to gain the best quality and service from all suppliers and will work with you to manage the potential implications of component obsolescence and RoHS compliance.

Full traceability from receipt of materials through to final product is maintained throughout the manufacturing process, assuring client quality and peace of mind from start to finish.

Manufacturing Management
With ISO 9001:2000, our Quality Management System uses sound project management principles to ensure all clients' expectations and requirements are met.

We are proud of their ability to deliver a competitive contract electronic manufacture service, with a commitment to delivering products to high quality standards.

Our goal is to provide real added-value to all clients by continuous improvement, commercial awareness and cost reduction programmes, all in support of the product life cycle and ongoing product development.
